- Mobile money account identifiers (processed securely via payment partners)

To enable accurate delivery of energy products, we may collect:

- Approximate location based on network or device data
Location data is used only for order fulfilment and delivery purposes.
c) Transaction Information
- Order history
- Payment status
- Product selections

2. How We Use Your Information

- Process and fulfil energy product orders

All payments are processed through licensed mobile money operators and authorized payment
partners.
Fulusi Limited does not store your mobile money PINs or sensitive financial credentials.

- Energy brand partners (e.g., LPG suppliers) strictly for order fulfilment
- Delivery partners for last-mile logistics
- Technology and hosting providers supporting system operations
- Regulatory authorities, when legally required

- No sensitive credentials are stored by Fulusi Limited
- USSD sessions are processed securely through telecom operators
